We have decided with the NCC to use Romania and the fact that the British labour market will be open to Romanians on the 1.1.2014. However any analysis of Romania willm show that any British bank should avoid entry because of the endemic corruption. Therefore we will also take Croatia as a positive example and it actually enters the EC on 1.7.2013. This will make the assignment a lot better and will show that you understand on what basis you would choose or not to enter a country.
