•Deciding on your topic area
•Reviewthe literature (current knowledge) relevant to this topic
•Propose a possible research question (prime facie question)
•ldentify six academic sources for annotation- Alternative sources of creative or cultural content are acceptable for practice lead arts research, Your thinking will develop as we work through the unit content in the first few weeks of semester. The Annotated bibliography is an opportunity for feedback from your tutor and a starting point for your second and third assessments the Online presentation and the Research proposal.
Your Annotated bibliography needs to indude.
•Aconcise overview of your research topic no more than 150 words. if your topic description includes in-text citations, an end text list is required.
•Your prime facie research question
•An annotated bibliography of 6 quality academic sources relevant to the topic. Alternative sources of creative or cultural content are acceptable for practice lead arts research. Each annotation should be no more than 150 words excluding referencing details and be set out as shown in the Annotated Bibliography Academic Tip Sheet
