Develop a case study of a fictional organization operating in the US and overseas. Your paper should be in-depth and show your full understanding of the topic. You will be required to show the perspective of business leaders, IT professionals, employees and human resources professionals in the organization. Your paper should begin with an issue, list details on how this issue affects the organization and end with a resolution and all details leading to why this resolution was chosen and how it will enrich the organization. The organization must be global and the issue chosen must affect US and overseas operations. The topic chosen must be covered in weeks one through fourteen. For example, you might choose to complete your paper on Grooms R US (a US company with operations in Thailand and the Bahamas). The issue tackled could be training employees. At least ten references must be cited for this assignment. An example of a topic would be; How Grooms R Us Will Overcome the Implementation of the New On-line Training Course in All Locations by 2017. The topics for the paper will be due in Week 4, the outline which summarizes the issue you will tackle and the departments involved along with at least 5 of the 10 references you will cite, will be due in March 20, and the final paper due in April 30.This assignment should be no less than 2,500 words and no more than 2,800 words.
