1. Introduction
Team building and working is equally important against monitoring the entire team performance over a project and to achieve organizational goals. Over the current scenario, authorâs personal reflections are discussed in detail, with respective to the team work and the roles and responsibilities shared to achieve the common project and organizational goals. As there are many groups over the current project, estimating the emotional intelligence has given top priority to estimate the authorâs role in completing the assigned tasks on time and interpreting the issues raised against the level of emotional intelligent quotient. Building the required emotional intelligence of the groups is always required to estimate the individual perceptions over taking and accomplishing the project tasks and also to investigate they control the emotional while working in teams or groups.
