Psychology of Diversity/ Individual bias and institutional practices

Fassinger (2008) identified four groups of people who are consistently underrepresented, marginalized, or disadvantaged in the workplace.   Select one of the groups, and give an example of how an individual bias may be magnified when combined with an institutional practice or policy.  Your response should be two to three paragraphs in length.
