Understanding the Behavior of Nonprofit Board of Directors – A Theory-Based Approach

(2) Read the article by Judith L. Miller-Millesen, Understanding the Behavior of Nonprofit Boards of Directors: A Theory-Based Approach (uploaded);
(3) After reading the article by Judith L. Miller-Milllsen in the Reading & Study folder of Module/Week 3,
1. Define the functional responsibilities of the board of directors.
2. Briefly describe each of the following 3 theories and how they affect board behavior:
• Agency theory,
• Resource dependence theory, and
• Institutional theory.
The paper must be at least 550 words and met or exceeds the following:
