Texas government

Please be sure to pay attention to grammar, spelling and essaystructure. Be sure to submit (or write your submission as a single entry. you could also upload a single word document with both the essays) both of the essays as a single entry here clearly indicating the questions that you have answered! EACH ESSAY will need to be at least seven paragraphs long with each paragraph having at least6-8 sentences. The essays require a distinct introduction, at least five paragraphs where the main arguments and points are developed and a distinct conclusion. Please read the instructions that are provided carefully. All the best!Looking forward to reading your essays! 1) 1)Write an essay on TEN things that you learned about Texas government in this course. Make sure that you relate factual information to broader themes and ideas that are related to Texas government and politics. Be sure to have an introductory paragraph, at least three main paragraphs and a conclusion. Please be sure that your essay addresses themes from at least ten chapters. For example simply stating that power is divided between the governor, Lt governor and other elected executives is simply stated fact. To relate that to a theme would mean elaborating on the concept of a plural executive. Please be sure to focus on broad themes and your own analysis of what you have learned in the last four very difficult weeks! 2) What is “Jacksonian Democracy” and what are the ways in which this principle is enshrined in the Texas Constitution? How is the principle of “Jacksonian democracy”reflected in the workings of Texas state and local institutions and government. What are the effects of the principle of “Jacksonian Democracy” on Texas state and local governmental institutions. Is this good or bad for governance and politics in Texas?Be sure to have an introductory paragraph, at least three main paragraphs and a conclusion. Be sure to look for themes that relate to "Jacksonian democracy" through all the chapters that we have been through! Remember it is supposed to be a cumulative essay and you should relate topics covered throughout the session to each other! So please look for parts of the answer in nearly all the chapters! For example how is Jacksonian democracy incorporated in the constitution (eligible voters getting to vote on amendments!!)? How is it incorporated in the Judiciary (Judicial Elections!)etc.
