Was this a friend, a patient, a classmate, or someone else? When did you arrive? When did s/he arrive? If s/he was late, were you upset? Was an excuse given? How might your relationship with this individual affect whether or not s/he shows up on time? Now think about the norm in the United States in relation to time.
